Why What Do You Need to Learn About a Non-Smoking Session, or any session?

I want you to learn this:

My concern is actually helping you succeed. You need to know I’m going against traditional “wisdom”. Here’s something they don’t want you to know.

We are told to “Learn as you earn.” … of course we all need to eat and pay the bills. I fully understand that, if circumstances forced you into having to sink or swim, yes earn as you learn. I don’t think hypnotists, coaches or therapists are martyrs. They are human beings who have the right to live a decent life. They aren’t Mother Theresa … Heck, Mother Theresa wasn’t necessarily Mother Theresa … But that’s a different discussion, for another time.

My point was, if you’re paying while I’m learning, it can work. I just think it does you a disservice.

There is something called “Imposter Syndrome”, and while I am helping you, some part of me MIGHT be saying “You have no clue what you’re doing, do you?” So, the coach or hypnotist MIGHT be having an internal struggle while they are trying to help you.

Which is why it feels right for me to do free sessions for a while. I am (hopefully) helping you, without charging hundreds per session and “guessing” we did it right.

I think imposter syndrome is something even the most famous hypnotists and coaches in the world feel. I’m sure super-athletes and high-achievers in all fields have these feelings and fears … BUT after doing the work with quite a few people you, and more importantly THEY know you have (as a team) improved.

You have helped them change their lives, so the “Imposter Monster” has less power, it loses it’s ability to throw you off balance.

What that all leads to is a stronger ability to help.

Think about it …

Pretty much every issue you have has something to do with “Negative Emotions” … Of course there are no negative emotions, it’s just how we address the emotions … but again, another discussion, for another time.

… emotions are why you need help from a hypnotist or a coach, right?

For example:

You feel “bad” so = You:

Smoke

Drink

Eat too much

Drink too much

Stay in bed all day

Tell yourself you’re a failure, and all kinds of other negative self-talk nonsense.

The point is, this is a team effort. As you help me I help you and we can let the world know about our success.
